What ski town in the U.S or Canada is the best for vegans?

I like Park City. The restaurant Chimayo and one of its sister restaurants (the Asian one) always have had one vegan option when I've been there. There is also an inexpensive Thai restaurant downtown, a sushi place (for edamame, miso soup and veggie roll), and a great health food store.

Your faves?

I am here to represent SLC. Salt Lake City is the most amazing city for veg cuisine and awesome skiing. I moved here when I was 18 and am still here at the age of 34.
I operate a few vegan businesses. Please check them out. Sage's Cafe, Vertical Diner and Cali's Natural Foods.
Please come to SLC, I will prepare food for you!
If anyone wants to take me skiing and pay my ticket, I will show you some secret stashes!
Peace and Respect,
Ian

Alian, thanks for chiming in. SLC is on my short list of places to visit, especially since I already have a cousin there. I may very well take you up on your offer!

I will let you know when the powder is falling heavy --- then drive up or book a flight.
I snowboard and telemark ski. Just let me know! It is a good idea to stay downtown SLC so that you can access all 10 areas and backcountry within 30 minutes to 1 hour drive. Each ski area has its benefits.
Stay in touch and enjoy life.
Like in the movie "Better Off Dead" --"live life and taste death".
peace,
Ian

Just noticing the groups feature on here now, so I'm late to the party, but I would definitely vote SLC for vest veggie skiing. I'm in Utah too. Veggie ski meetup this winter?
