New Vegan here...

Love to ski. Skied Keystone last 2 years. This December I booked Beaver Creek/Bachelor Gulch. Hope I find a few vegetarian options up in the mountains. Anything is better than what I'm eating right now on vacation here in the mountains in NC. Where do you like to ski?

Thanks for joining. I skied Beaver Creek last year and really liked it! They groom a lot of trails. We spent 1/2 day on the mountain tour, which helped me find the places I like.

I wasn't as impressed with the vegan food options in Avon/Vail. I had to pester a lot of chefs for special dishes.

I have skied Vail, Beaver Creek, and Winter Park in Colorado over the past few years, and have skied Deer Valley, Park City Mtn, and the Canyons several times. I find that Park City is on the whole better for vegans.
