What ski town in the U.S or Canada is the best for vegans? 4 Replies

I like Park City. The restaurant Chimayo and one of its sister restaurants (the Asian one) always have had one vegan option when I've been there. There is also an inexpensive Thai restaurant downtown, a sushi place (for edamame, miso soup and veggie roll), and a great health food store.
