Peel and cut into pieces a few bananas a put in the freezer overnight or until whenever frozen.
Put them in the blender and add a minimum of either: water, coconut milk, soy milk, almond milk- this is almost nothing, just enough for the bananas to blend well and it should not make it liquidish.
I add a few drops of vanilla but this is optional.
Don´t add sugar or any sweetening.
Blend until the right texture (not too much!). You got banana ice-cream!!
You can add chopped nuts, or dates, or chocolate chips or blueberries or strawberries or shredded coconut or whatever you like.
Oh! You should blend this right before eating, I´m not sure you can store it again, maybe you can but haven´t tried it. And you should add whatever you chopped and wanted to add after blended and mix in as the amount of time you blend should only depend on what the bananas need and not the rest of the stuff, though shredded coconut and similar should be ok to blend together.
