I'm involved in many phycical activities like bootcamp classes, jogging and I'm a Raw vegan. I usually take my pre-workout load of lots of nuts and seeds, as well as dried fruits, which will give you the protein and carbs you will need. Sometimes, instead of that I'll make a powerful protein shake with almond milk, a banana, brown rice protein, and chia seeds. I also take liquid aminos (which are the bluilding blocks of protein) before and after my workouts so my muscles won't get into exhaustion
