I am doing just fine on raw food on a daily basis, but now I am preparing for a 300 mile bike trip over a three day period. I know a bunch about being vegan. But I haven't learned a whole lot about raw veganism. I was wondering if raw vegans are supposed to use raw hair products, perfumes, toothpaste, etc.? or is raw veganism just have to do with what you eat.
