It's isolating. As I said in my intro, it's easy to find vegetarian food choices, but not post college-aged vegetarians who are looking for veggie friends. All I seem to come across on veggie sites are people from far, far away....

I know how you feel!! You should get on chat at night. A lot of nice people and yes they are from all over but it is nice to chat. Toronto seems to be the place to live! A lot of Canadians on chat. Where do you like to shop? Do you have Trader Joes? I love that place. I end up shopping at a lot of places. I guess it is a good sign at least so many younger and college age people are vegetarian, hope for the future at least. Mary

Nope. No Trader Joe's where I am. I get my vegetarian soy products at either Aldi, Walmart or Giant Eagle. Canadians, huh? I usually run into the people from England or Australia. Lots of English veggies online.
