They really clean off the pans and their utensils after each customer so cross contamination with the dairy products is low. The utensils sit in a running water bin. Here's the BEST PART. 120 calories and 1 gram of fat! They use SEAWEED as an emulsifier and FOS from the jerusalem artichoke as the sweetener so its the healthiest ice cream ever. Taste was amazing! I had the vanilla and Kristin had the Chocolate with various fresh fruits.

I highly recommend the Green Tea Soymilk with Almonds mixed in and mango on top... We hit this place again tonight!!! The staff there is SO nice. They are experimenting with Almond and Rice Milk so they could be on the menu soon!
