I always thought naturalists went about in the nuddy!

That was a really good article V Man!
The author made some very valid points. I even found myself nodding in agreement a few times whilst reading it.

It reminds me of La Vey and his followers in the practice of satanism in some respects.
I can't help feeling though that there is something missing to the secular naturalist....and that is spirituality.

Tree I post a very sensible, intelligent article and what do you have in the first sentence of your reply........ the word "nuddy"!

As for spirituality: I think for some science can be a path to spirituality. I think spirituality provides a sort of universal framework or reference for someone, an ability to see the big picture and feel connected to someone/something greater than themselves. So I think there is some spirituality if you kind of tilt your head, squint and stand back far enough you might just see it!
