Hello...I am also somewhat new to the vegan upgrade and need as much support as possible.
I've attempted the conversion several times in my past and fell off teh wagon each time.
With the new year I figured I'd give it another go...but ask for help and support this time.
Besides, I need to drop a stone or two so what better time than the present?
