I'm trying to become informed. My 15 year old daughter has decided to become a vegan, and I totally support that, but I need to readjust my thinking as far as food goes. I want to be able to make meals for her that are mouthwatering, and I want to help educate her so that she'll be able to do this on her own one day. I only want what's best for my 3 girls and my husband and I want us to all be healthy. We've been reading 'Skinny Bitch', and my husband and I are thinking that this is something that we need to do for our whole family.
