I have owned three gourmet vegetarian restaurants and have been a vegetarian chef since 1975. I have a small organic garden in Cypress, Ca.(Orange Co.). I make a sell homemade pesto which has gotten rave reviews. It is lacto vegetarian as I use rennet-less Parmigiana cheese from Trader Joes. 8oz. for $10, frozen. I also make small batches of Homemade Heirloom Tomato Sauce which is Vegan. $12 per quart.
