Sure, there's lots of non soy meat alternatives. Seitan is very popular, which is made from wheat gluten. Wheat gluten is also used to make Field Roast (you can check out their site at www.fieldroast.com). You can of course also use beans or nuts. Also, there are veggie burgers made from beans and/or veggies instead of soy. Mushrooms are also used to mimic meat textures.
