I have a VITA-MIXER!!! it just came in the mail today, and I just feel like a big Vegan burden has been lifted off my shoulders! I can now make green smoothies, cut my clean up time in half, and finally, finally after months, I can have ICE CREAM!!! (with soy milk of course, lol!)

OK, so thyroid issues run in my mother's side of the family and I heard that eating a lot of soy can actually slow down your thyroid...is this true?
