Hello Amandah,
you are absolutely right, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice is a delightful start of the day!
However, for me, it does not stop there. What I normally do is take some other fruit (preferrably a pear or an apple, a peach or whatever comes to hand), chop it into chunks and toss it in my Vitamix blender together with the orange juice.
Then, after 30 seconds of high-power blending, I enjoy a delightful fruit smoothie that not only has the vitamins of the orange juice, but also the vitamins, energy and fiber of the other fruit - basically a full breakfast.
I can highly endorse this...
