Need :

* rice - pre cooked brown or basmati
* ginger
* soy sauce
* lemon juice

* shredded lettuce
* grated carrot
* steamed cauliflower
* fresh tomatoes

what to do...

* put your skillet on a low heat
* add the ginger,fresh is best but you can use powdered also.Simmer for a couple of minutes
* Add the cauliflower and a dash of soy sauce.Stir for couple of minutes.
* Add the rice ,stir for couple of minutes
* add lemon juice,lettuce and carrot
* stir for about 4 minutes.

* serve and place sliced tomato on the top
