A group for vegans or vegetarians who are interested in
veganizing Armenian recipes or who want to learn more about naturally vegan Armenian food. Also, whoever is interested in visiting Armenia or Karabagh, and need advice/or can give advice about eating vegan.
I also thought that maybe the very few Armenians who join this site (I seem to be the only one) can have discussions about varous topics.

Just ran into something cool I wanted to share.
Andy Serkis (famous as the voice and 'body' of "Gollum" in the Lord of the Rings) is of Armenian descent and a vegetarian!! 
His father's full last name is "Sarkissian."
Andy is born and raised in London, England.

Here's a quick and easy stew for topping rice or any other grain. Takes about 5 minutes prep and 20 minutes cooking time.
Olive oil for frying
I package of Yves Meatless Ground
1 onion, diced
small can of tomato sauce
1/2 to 1 teaspoon of turmeric

I'm new to the forum. Here's a bell pepper dolma "recipe". I cook by smell and sight, so I don't have the measurements! I'm not sure where else to post. The links for recipes have a Greek listing, but no Armenian one.
