Here's what I do sometimes when I'm sick. Bring spring water to a boil with chopped hot pepper, garlic and ginger (carrots or onions good too). When veggies are cooked add a few Tbsps of miso, and some chopped tofu. Drink while a little hot... It will: settle your stomach, nourish you, help you to relax and make you sweat. You will feel better!
