Miso is a really great soup to help you feel better if your trying to get over a flu or cold. It has lots of good enzymes since Miso is fermented tofu, try it with some green onions. and tofu pieces.

Soy protein

Soy Protein is good but I really like the product Quorn, In other words, I'm so OVER soy!
Quorn is made from Mycoprotein, a type of fungi like mushrooms.
Quorn is sooo good I may never go back to gardenburgers again!

There are some great vegetarian restaurants to choose from in Tucson, but up here near Phoenix....man...we need some choices!! The only places really are ethnic food, which is good but sometimes you just want a nice vegan restaurant.
