Thanks for sharing this video. He's a great speaker and I'm glad to learn about him.

Many people write books about the subject, it's also nice to have someone lecturing on it in person like this guy. I like the idea of using YouTube to get intelligent debate out there. I think for a lot of people it's easier to watch a speech on You Tube than read a book. (It's easier to push 'play' and just listen then it is to go out of your way to order a book, spend $15, book arrives days later, read it, etc --- just sayin'.)

Hi Sally, glad you liked the video. I agree. I think there have to be different approaches and Gary's speech on YouTube is a very effective one:-)
