Why, that's simple!
Butter a slice of toast, load on tomato slices, celary, spring onion or onion or/and any other herbs, leaves, veggies as available - cut ups, sprout's- Mung,Alphalfa,Mustard(and/or) etc, stick on another slice of thin toast, on it a layer of maybe avacado and/or Bean Curd, stick on another slice of toast and its ready. (The layers should be Salted, Spiced, Peppered as needed)
