I've been so confused these days about soy?
Is soy good or bad for our health? I read a few magazine. one magazine said to consume soy bean and it's processed product to prevent cancer. but another magazine said eat too much soy milk could cause cancer.
Any idea?

Hi I'm Tony and I consider myself a Simpletarian. You ask what is that? A vegan who eats very simple meals with no more than four to five items. I soak all nuts for three hours before eating them.
