Hi all, I'm writing an essay for grad school, and I'm trying to find information on the number of vegetarian/vegan restaurants in the US, especially statistics that show any trends in growth (i.e. have significantly more been opening in recent years? if so, how many more compared to previous years?) I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me find such information?
