Hi folks! I'll be staying in the Durango, Colorado area for a week this summer. We are renting a house so we'll be doing a lot of our own cooking. Happy Cow lists a few natural food stores where we'll definitely stock up on provisions. But I'd love to hear of any vegan-friendly restaurants in the area for when we need a break from the kitchen. I'm totally open on cuisine, fancy/not fancy, etc. Thank you!
