Usually I make cakes without this ingredient but I found it in a regular supermarket and I felt like buying it, the problem is that I don't know how to use it! Maybe I need a non-vegan recipe and just replace the egg? Some idea about cakes or other meals with "noegg"? Thank you ^^
NoEgg is a processed product with little nutritional value...and I don't like their brand name "Orgran" - which is obviously meant to look like "organic".
I've been baking for years without any dairy products or eggs. Eggs have a "binding" quality that can also be achieved with organic soy milk, almond milk and canola oil.
I also have the same problem when I make a cake without egg, then my cake is not that much soft like egg cake.
