I am having a meeting with my team at work later this week and was thinking I would bring in food. I don't want to get to crazy and do tofu scramble since none of them are even vegetarians let alone Vegan. Being Vegan I cannot bring myself to buy them cruelty filled breakfast burritos let alone make them myself.
I was thinking muffins would be a great idea as they are easy to make, transport and I don't have to keep them warm for the 2-3 hours I am at work before my team. Does anyone have any Vegan muffin recipe that is to die for?
