Hi - I am a successful literary agent and a well known cookbook publisher has asked me to find one or more authors for a book on raw food and dieting. I need a raw food "chef" and a nutritionist, MD, NC, (and one with the right credentials or one person who is both) who understands the science of raw foods. Anyone interested in talking?
