Went to the ER twice from the terrible pain. What can help prevent pain, and speed up the healing process, or anything good for treating this for that matter. Thanks! =)

Poor posture and tight belts can compress your stomach and push acid up into your foodpipe which is sore when contacted by acid. The effect of pressure may not be immediately noticed so you may need to wear very loose garments for a few day to get any benefit. Laying in a recliner chair may also gradually relieve the pressure and pain. These are just suggestions for you to try. I hope they help. Let me know if they do.
