Errick Lynne Williams, Jr., known as Ricky Williams, is an American football running back for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was drafted by the New Orleans Saints fifth overall in the 1999 NFL Draft. He played college football at Texas.

I'm a huge Ricky fan! If anyone has any info on his diet I would be very interested in finding out. He has maintained an awesome build while consuming a vegan diet over the past number of years. He has been a huge influence in my decision to stop consuming animal meat and products. He is going to have an awesome year in 2008/2009 I'm very excited to see him.

Always liked this guy. Good to know that he's a vegetarian too. I only eat 2 meals a day. Vegetarian food seems to 'stay with me' longer than meat does. I'm sold. Mostly Vegetarian for 3 months.
