Actually, Dr. Spock and Mr. Spock are 2 different people. Dr. Benjamin Spock was an expert on children and was a vegetarian. Mr. Spock, the image above from the episode, Mirror, Mirror, was a Vulcan in Star Trek and the character was also Vegetarian (possibly vegan).
