Some say Malmö is the capital of falafels. Wherever you go, you'll find a place for it, everywhere around the marketplaces Möllevångstorget or Värnhemstorget. Falafels are ground chickpeas with garlic and spices rolled into balls and fried in oil - good in pita sandwiches & cucumber & tomatoes.
