Although I was unable to find any 100% vegetarian restaurants during my stay in Lanzarote, I can recommend Casa Bodecos, situated near the old harbour in Puerto del Carmen on Calle Teide. It has a separate vegetarian menu (as I recall around ten options)including dishes such as Nut Wellington and vegtables in a brandy cream sauce on a crustnut base. Definately the best meals I ate all week! Unfortunately I cannot seem to find a website for the restaurant.

Very good quality on food. They have a website, www.el-mundo-verde.de, with opening hours, menu and map for finding the restaurant.
