If anyone has heard about a new vegetarian cafe/restaurant opening in Aberdeen soon (maybe in May?), please post details - I'd really like to go there and have some enlightened food! I found the fantastic Blossoming Lotus on Kaua'i and have been craving GOOD vegetarian food ever since I came back to Aberdeen!!
