The vegetarian restaurant Da Terra in Matosinhos is a 30 min bus ride away so is another option if staying in Porto,

The Pingo Doce Supermarket in Praça da República, Porto has a small selection of vegetarian items for sale. Other Pingo Doce may too but this was the only branch I visited.
