The vegan menu is structured in collaboration with experienced chefs. Several appetizers, main courses, side dishes, desserts and raw options. All vegetable used are organic and grown in the owner's farm, and chili pepper is the specialty of the house. In-house-made bread from organic flour leavened with a sourdough 22 years. Seitan and tofu are produced by hand in the kitchen. Reservations required. Wheelchair accessible. Accepts credit cards. Open Tue-Sun 7pm-11pm, closed Mon.
