Galway Bakery Co (Williamsgate Street, Galway City) do a vegetarian breakfast that can be made vegan, just ask for it without the eggs. They also have soya milk for tea and coffee.

La Salsa (6 Mainguard Street, Galway City)have a vegan burrito on their menu, and any of the vegetarian options can be made vegan without cheese etc

Café Express (Shop St, Galway city) have hummus bagel and also do soya milk for tea and coffee
