Café Irie (11 fownes St, Temple Bar D1) has a few good vegan options, including a set vegan club sandwich, wraps and noodles. You can also ask to get custom sandwiches. Note that the last time I was there the guacamole wasn't vegan.

Itsa Bagel (Abbey St and Fitzwilliam Lane Dublin city/Dun Laoghaire/Sandford) have a vegan bagel, salad (The Kind veggie) and lentil soup. They are labelled as vegan on the menu board.

Dublin city centre is pretty compact and most of the veggie restaurants are within walking distance of each other. There are some seriously top eats to be had in the veggie restaurants in this city with plenty of choice for lacto ovo and vegan veggies. A special mention must go to "Juice" for very handily being open late when all of the other veggie restaurants have closed. (Time of writing Jan 07)
