The "Red - Die grüne Küche" (roughly translates to "Red - The green kitchen/table") is a mixture of bar, take-away, buffet and gourmet restaurant. Everyday, there is a main dish for approx. 7€ and a colorful buffet, waiters don't bring the food to the tables. They have a fair choice of pastry and some freshly pressed juices. There are vegan options and also a lot of options to suit allergic persons. The restaurant is situated in the heart of Heidelberg, a few minutes walk from the Hauptstraße, but still it is in a very quiet environment. Has outdoor seating. Wheelchair accessible.
