We had a fantastic time in Toulouse it's a very lively place with great museums and the markets are fantastic if you have the opportunity to cook in your apartment. So many different sorts of vege. there were quite a lot of kebab shops which also had falafel if you don't mind going to non vege places. the wine and beer is good too. and fantastic posh chocolate shops!
