There aren't many vegetarian friendly restaurants in the small town of Bruges, fewer that open for dinner. Salade Folle in Walplein Street, serves a really good range of vegetarian dishes and are happy to change dishes to suit vegans. The food is imaginative and flavoursome and the portions are good. I guess it's about 50% vegetarian which is great for a couple like us, also 50% vegetarian!! The staff are really friendly, speak good English and are eager that customers should have a great experience there. Reasonably priced and we noticed, pretty family friendly.

An excellent, stylish and unique restaurant in Bruges, close to the centre. There were five vegetarian choices on the menu, and those we had were excellent, and very reasonably priced. A unique and special dining experience. Highly recommended.
