You'll find a Subway Sandwich on every corner of New Zealand. Veggie Delight minus cheese, load it up.
The more interesting options are Burger Fuel, which is a Vegan/Veg certified friendly chain in almost every town has 3 patties and a soy malt shake, which is not to be missed.
Hell Pizza is also in most towns and has the best vegan pizza I've ever had, the Sinistar, which is Mexican cheesless pizza.
Most stores have these 99% fat free organic soups in the refrigerated section, too. Woolworths tends to have more organic items, but check out the Organic Explorer Guide Book to New Zealand, too for tons of Organic Grocers and places to stay and eat.
