Most expat restaurants along Ninh Kieu quai that cater to westerners also have veg options, such as Nam Bo, Mekong, Phuong Nam, etc., but they are more expensive than local veg eateries.

One of the most veg-friendly cities in Vietnam, with 5 or 6 veg places in the greater downtown area. They don't speak much English, but pointing always works.
