All-you-can-eat buffet for around 2000 yen includes tea but not desserts. Directions: Take a taxi. Or take subway to Karasuma-Oike, Walk West on Oike Dori. Turn North (right) into the 3rd alley, called Koromonnotana Dori. If you get to the AM/PM you have gone too far. You know you are on the correct alley going north off Oike Dori if there is a French bakery on the left hand side after a 100 meters. There is kind of a patio space. Obanzi is on the right hand side (east) before you intersect another alley. It will have a wooden sign board. There might be a big white van parked in front of it. It is easy to miss.
