Opened in spring 2012, this is a nicely decorated restaurant with a great view of MuLong Lake and DieCai Mountain. The daily lunch and dinner buffet costs under 40rmb. Try the Guilin specialty youcha 油茶. Also has an a la carte menu with dishes being expensive, as are the private rooms at around 1500rmb for 12 people. Cash only. Open Mon-Sun 11:30am-2pm, 5:15- 8:30pm.

No English signage, very little English spoken, no English menu, but has a photo menu and friendly staff. Serves a wide range of food from simple mushroom dishes to elaborate banquet style dishes. Around 24 yuan for average main entree, 2 yuan for tea. Short walk northwest of city center. Open Mon-Sun 10:30am-8pm.
